Ensure your merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and includes the original receipt or packing slip.

Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.

Ship or Visit

Mail your package to the Momentum Bank Ballpark team store or bring it directly to the stadium shop during regular business hours for an immediate exchange.
