When will my Midland RockHounds merchandise ship?

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During the baseball season, processing may take slightly longer due to high demand. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves the stadium store.

What is your return policy for team apparel?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and game-worn memorabilia are final sale.

Can I pick up my online order at Momentum Bank Ballpark?

Yes! We offer a 'Local Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you can collect it from the official team store during regular business hours or during home games with a valid photo ID.

How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since we carry brands like New Era and Nike, we recommend checking the specific measurements for each item to ensure a perfect fit for the next game.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach to RockHounds fans worldwide.
